Voice Recording

All calls to ART Security’s (ART) office are recorded for security and quality assurance purposes.  In line with the requirements of the Federal Telecommunications (Interception) Act 1979, adequate notification of voice recording is maintained by an Automated Attendant (AA) message and Pip Tones. In recording calls ART may collect personal information. If callers, or recipients of calls, do not wish to have their call recorded they should inform the person making, or receiving the call, and disconnect immediately.
